Number Porting
In order for us to port a phone number, it must be in good standing with your current provider and currently active. We need to have a copy of your most recent bill faxed to us along with your social security number. Once we port the number your previous provider will be cancelled automatically, if you cancel before the number is ported there is nothing we can do to get that number for you.
Number porting usually takes 2-3 business days, but could take up to 10 days.
Cell Phone Porting
We can port over certain phones that aren't currently active with a cell provider, so that it is used on our system and you don't have to reprogram the phone or transfer your address book. Phone porting is quick and efficient and usually takes 1-3 business days.
In order to port over a phone & number that you are currently using you would have to remove your phone's ESN with the provider (NOT THE SERVICE JUST THE PHONE, YOUR NUMBER MUST STAY ACTIVE)). Once the phone's ESN is removed from service we can get it on our system and port your still active phone number.
